Electromechanical lock with pusher and sensors

Designed to restrict access to luggage lockers (parcel automats), drawers for storage of documents, lockers in locker rooms of fitness clubs, schools, enterprises, with the possibility of their remote opening.

Description

The lock is made of metal and has vandal-proof construction.

The lock is installed on the inner surfaces of the cabinet perpendicular to the door. The counterpart (deadbolt) is installed on the door. Locks are made of “right” – 00 (the lock is installed on the right side, door hinges on the left) and “left” – 01 (the lock is installed on the left side, door hinges on the right) modifications:

Principle of operation:
Without power supply and closed door the lock blocks the crossbar. When the short-term supply voltage is applied, the lock unlocks the crossbar and the door pushes out by the built-in pusher. Thus, the open door is immediately visible and there is no need to install a handle on the door.

The lock is equipped with a door position sensor and lock status sensor with “dry contacts” (depends on modification);
There is no play of closed door;
Emergency mechanical opening.
The lock spring pusher is connected to the lock status sensor. The door position sensor is made in the form of a movable rod connected to a “dry contacts”.
The contacts of the lock status sensor are circuit  when the lock is in the closed state, and open when the lock is in the open state.
The contacts of the door position sensor are circuit when the door is closed and open when the door is open.
