“Promix-SM101” is the new name of the series of locks combining electromechanical locks “Sheriff-1 light” and “Sheriff-1 premium”
Perfect for installation on almost any wood, metal and plastic doors. Does not spoil the look of the door, as it is mounted in the corner of the doorframe. Due to this, there are no visible adjustment and mounting elements (if the width of the rebate ledge of the doorframe is more than 25 mm). Easy installation — the lock is quickly and accurately mounted in the corner of the doorframe according to the attached template, the deadbolt is mounted on the door. |

Fixing the lock in the corner of the doorframe ensures its reliable and stable operation and further strengthens the frame. The position of the deadbolt in case of inaccurate installation or sagging of the door during operation is adjusted automatically. |
The method of installation and design of the lock allow to install it both inside and outside the premises. Promix-SM101 electromechanical lock is a rim lock, it blocks the corner of the door and is mounted in the upper edge of the doorframe. In accordance with the type and place of installation, it serves as an analogue of the electromagnetic lock. |

Locks are manufactured in two versions: normally open and normally closed. The normally open lock fixes the deadbolt when the supply voltage is applied and releases it when the supply voltage is removed. The normally closed lock fixes the deadbolt when the supply voltage is removed and releases it when the supply voltage is applied. |

In the normally closed version, the lock additionally includes an “emergency exit rod”. To open the lock, you need to pull it. |
We manufacture normally open modifications of locks, in which two sensors are additionally installed: for the position of the door and the state of the lock.
- The built-in door position sensor consists of a reed switch located on the lock body and a magnet that is located on a movable sleeve inside the lock and is moved by deadbolt. The reed switch contacts get open when the door is open (the deadbolt is removed from the lock), and gets closed when the door is closed (the deadbolt is inserted into the lock until it stops).
- The built-in lock status sensor consists of a reed switch attached to the electromagnetic coil of the lock. The reed switch contacts get open when the power supply is removed from the lock, and gets closed when the current flows through the coil.
Thus, if you include both sensors in the circuit sequentially, the circuit will be closed only when the deadbolt is inserted into the lock (the door is closed) and the lock consumes current (is closed).

Normally closed locks are unlocked by applying the supply voltage, while normally open locks are unlocked by removing the supply voltage. For operation, the lock requires a power supply unit and an ACS controller.
To open the lock, the ACS controller must apply the voltage to the lock or remove it (depending on the lock design), and hold this state until the door is opened.
